Sushant Singh Rajput Is Not Doing ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ Remake


The charming actor, Sushant Singh Rajput (Kai Po Che fame) has made it clear that he is not doing the remake of ‘The Fault In Our Stars‘ as of now.

He is currently busy in shooting for the Dhoni biopic “MS Dhoni: The Untold Story” directed by Neeraj Pandey. He is playing the lead role of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in it.

The 29-year-old artist announced the same on Twitter. He tweeted about it, saying that he isn’t involved in the remake of the Hollywood film ‘The Fault In Our Stars’. Moreover, he said that there aren’t anymore films signed by him after the Dhoni’s biopic.

The above statement is the tweet of the actor. After this all speculations and rumors calmed down.

Earlier many rumors emerged regarding his role in the upcoming Hollywood film remake. The reports stated that he will play the character of cancer patient Augustus Waters which was played by Ansel Elgort in the original film.

Deepika Padukone was reported to be his leading lady. She is teaming up once again with the director Homi Adajania after Finding Fanny.

But, at last, Sushant Singh Rajput’s tweet buried all the news. With his tweet, he shunned the news, but gave birth to the speculations that who would play the role and be paired with Deepika in the remake.

The original film of Hollywood is an emotional love story. It is made on the basis of a book with the same name written by John Green. It succeeded in creating the required magic last year.

It’s Hindi version is creating a lot of buzz and hype as the original film was one of the most loved films released last year as well as it is one of the biggest grosser at the Box Office.
