‘Tamasha’ & ‘Jagga Jasoos’ Starring Ranbir Kapoor Release Dates Announced

Ranbir Kapoor starer two films’ release dates has been announced today by filmmakers. ‘Tamasha’ will hit theaters on November 27, 2015; ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will release on June 3rd, 2016.

The ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone will appear together again on-screens in ‘Tamasha’, directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, after giving two successful movies ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’. Imtiaz and Ranbir are collaborating after ‘Rockstar’. The schedule is completed by March this year, Ranbir himself confirmed.

“I am done with ‘Tamasha’. I have two days of shooting left. I still have lots of work on ‘Jagga Jasoos’. ‘Tamasha’ will come before ‘Jagga Jasoos'”, Ranbir told PTI while promoting ‘Bombay Velvet’ in Goa with Anushka, Karan and Anurag.

According to a report, Disney India, which is producing ‘Jagga Jasoos’, was captured saying that the release date would be somewhere at the end of the Indian Premier League Season 8, 2016.

‘Gaga Jasoos’ features Ranbir Kapoor and his girlfriend (called future-wife by Kareena) Katrina Kaif. They joined the space after impressing the audience with ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani’. Ranbir is playing a detective role in this action-drama flick.

The ‘Bombay Velvet’ release is soon around, the entire lead cast is busy promoting the film at malls, multiplexes and reality shows. The cast joined each other in Goa for a multi-level promotional events where journalists came from different parts of the country and overseas. The actor cannot ignore or skip these events as they play a key role in Box Office success.

He was absent from the film industry in 2014 completely. In 2015, he has 3 movies in the pipeline from which ‘Roy’ has been released (featuring in a cameo role) and 2 others are left.
