Akshay Kumar Baby’s Screenplay Listed in Oscar Library

Baby impressed everyone with its cast, story and screenplay. The year 2015 started with an Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster Baby. That was not the end of happiness of the crew, it has given another reason to the team to be happy. The Baby’s screenplay has been listed in d Margaret Herrick Library a.k.a Oscar Library run by The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The organization which runs ‘Oscars’.

It is an achievement for the entire team, only few greatest movies are selected each year. Now the collection of Baby’s script will be available to researchers and script writers along with students who want to learn script writing and its essential components. The library portal is like a goldmine for enthusiasts who want to try out their credibility in cinema.

According to a news website, the director Neeraj Pandey said that, “The entire team is very pleased with this news. I am truly very happy that Baby’s screenplay has been selected for Oscar Library. It is great to see that people not only appreciate your work in India, but it also gets recognized abroad.

The producer Bhushan Kumar said, “It is an honor that Baby’s screenplay has been shortlisted by Oscar Library. Their collection is always great, and I am happy that Baby will be one of them. It does not feel optimistic when you produce an experimental movie. But it turned out to be a hit at the Box Office and now representing Bollywood overseas. It is great when the world’s biggest platform gives space to Baby, I am overwhelmed!”.

The second producer Shital Bhatia expressed her emotions and said, “It is an overjoyed experience to see Baby been getting into the elite collection. Baby has beenĀ giving us wonders one-by-one after its launch. I am happy!”

Baby featured Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Rana Daggubati and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles. It is directed by Neeraj Pandey, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Shital Bhatia and Vikran Malhotra. It hit theaters on January 23, 2015.
