‘Bombay Velvet’ Promotions On Full Swing in Goa

The lead cast of ‘Bombay Velvet‘, an upcoming Bollywood drama-action movie, was captured at a promotional event held exclusively in Goa. Ranbir appeared in a different avatar than usual, he danced with some journalists on their requests.

Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Karan Johar (who is also acting in this venture) along with Anurag Kashyap got together to grab eyeballs of people from Goa.

Ranbir matched up feet with some enthusiastic journalists, asking questions, and even dropped his shirt in the middle of the act. Suddenly, the co-actors and director accompanied him. They had a gala time.

Dropping his shirt at one point during the performance, the 32-year-old actor ensured that everyone was enjoying the night.

Anushka Sharma is playing the role of a bar singer – Rosie, whose songs are voiced by Mohan. He does not appear on-screen, but seen this time with film stars and performed a few songs such as Mohabbat Buri Bimar, Naak Pe Gussa and Behroopia along with Sylvia.

Neeti Mohan even shed a few tears and said that no one has ever asked to play & sing the songs.

The lead actress Anushka also talked about the so real and melodious voice of Neeti that she could not perform it in the first few takes.

Karan Jo. too stepped on the stage and tapped feet, once the song Auntieji began playing.

The film is ready to hit your nearest theaters on May 15th, 2015. Keep an eye on the calendar, you may not want to miss this pure drama concept.

The entire star cast of the movie is in Goa where journalists from all over the country have been invited to be a part of the promotion.

Rather doing promotions individually at different places, they (Ranbir & Anurag) have decided to do it altogether at one place at a time.

A 7 minute video clip was also presented to the journalists.
