New York: Aamir Khan made a statement on the country India suffering from rape and violence. Aamir said that India needs to change the balance of power of man and woman. In addition, manhood should be redefined.
Aamir came to attend the ‘Women in World’ 6th Annual Summit, which was organized by famous journalist and writer Tena Brown held jointly with New York Times in New York. Khan called on the session of ‘India’s Taboos’, “The rape is a big issue in India.” His Iraqi-American who had been a discussion of humanitarian Janb Salbi, who has established Women International. The organization works for Yuddhprbavit women.
The film star of ‘PK’ said that the police behave rude with the rape victim and that they do not get medical sure soon at the right time. He said, “They need to change the balance of power in India. Unless the conviction is not quick and sure, India is not going to change and shape itself. The most important thing is that we as a society should get away from the rapist and should respect the rape victim.”
Aamir Khan will soon appear in his upcoming movie ‘Dangal’ this year. He has recently visited Turkey to shoot some boxing sequences. He is playing a role of an old father who is a former Boxing champion and teaches his two daughters how to box. This film is based on a true story. The release date is not yet revealed, but it would be around the end of 2015.
